Here's a great financing option if you have limited funds available. Dumont Land Finance Corp. provides financing for unimproved land to be used for future vacation or retirement home, hunting or recreational usage. They provide loans in the states of Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. They do not work with residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii or US citizens living outside the United States.
